Bucking Horse is a new community located in Fort Collins that focuses on sustainable living. Bucking Horse, once known as Jessup Farm, embraces the local food movement and will offer a trail system, vegetable and fruit trees, a working farm, a community garden and farm to fork restaurant.  The community has been developed on 5 key principles: community, environment, education, health, economics.

The community, by one of the top homes builders in Fort Collilins, CO offers a junior Olympic swimming pool with life guards, clubhouse and swim team. The City of Fort Collins will be developing a 6 acre city park in the center of the community that will connected to the Poudre Trail.  Bucking Horse will also be home to an Artisan Village that will showcase many local vendors. Horse stables and arena are also proposed. Bucking Horse is centrally located at Timberline and Drake.
