This division started in Hilton Head, SC in 1998. We had our first home owner in Hilton Head in 1999. In July 1999 Charleston, SC merged with Hilton Head. Myrtle Beach, SC merged with Charleston and Hilton Head to form the Coastal Carolina Division in July 2000. We started building in Savannah, GA in 2004 as well as expanded to North Myrtle Beach, SC and Brunswick, NC in 2004. In the Fall of 2006, Columbia, SC joined the Coastal Carolina Division.

We are a community based builder and obtain most of our tradesmen/craftsmen from the local area. D.R. Horton Homes is a Myrtle Beach, South Carolina new home builder. New Homes and Townhomes range from 984 - 4,000 sq ft and prices range from the $120's - $300's.
