Florida Housing is providing down payment and closing cost assistance through the Hometown Heroes Program*. Funds are provided in the form of 5% of the total loan amount, up to $25,000 and aids those who serve their communities and their country.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Program offered on 30-year fixed-rate Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans
 Borrower must occupy home as primary residence
 Home must be located in Florida
 Income and purchase price limits apply
 Borrower must be a first-time homebuyer (Veterans and active-duty military are exempt from this requirement but are not exempt from Homebuyer Education.)
 Homebuyer education required
 Gift funds allowed
 1–4 unit primary residence, including qualifying condos and townhomes, are eligible
