D.R. Horton is an Equal Housing Opportunity Builder. The Main Street StarsSM program incentive is offered for new contracts for homes in all Chicago Division D.R. Horton communities to individuals currently employed as military personnel, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, healthcare professionals, and educators. Program offers a contribution of up to $1,000 applicable to current list prices of options and upgrades available for the selected home. Program incentives, when combined with any other incentives being offered by seller, may not exceed loan program limitations. Any unused incentive will be forfeited. Availability of options and upgrades subject to stage of completion. Options and upgrades must be installed prior to closing. Limit of one Main Street Stars incentive per home purchase. To qualify for the program incentive, Buyer must contract between 10/01/22 and 09/29/23 and close by 12/29/23, and present proof of employment (such as a pay stub or military ID card-active duty or retired) at time of contract execution. Offer valid only for new contracts and does not apply to transfers, cancellations, or re-writes. Program incentive is subject to cancellation or change without notice or obligation.
