Program offers $1000 closing costs. Program incentives, when combined with any other incentives being offered by seller, may not exceed loan program limitations. Not redeemable for cash. Any unused incentive will be forfeited. Limit of one Main Street Stars incentive per home purchase. Buyer must contract by 01/01/2023 and close by 12/31/2023 to receive the incentive and present proof of employment (such as a pay stub or military ID card-active duty or retired) at time of contract execution.
