Interest-Based Advertising and Analytics

Generally. Interest-based advertising or online behavior advertising, commonly referred to as "OBA, " uses information collected about your online behavior across websites, applications and devices, and over time, to deliver to you relevant advertisements of interest to you based on your previous online behavior. The information collected shows, among other information, your preferences, your usage patterns and, in some cases, your general location, which are used to fashion advertisements. It is a means of targeting the right products and services to the right consumers. Most interest-based advertisements are not targeted to you individually, but instead, to the interest groups in which website owners, third party ad servers, digital advertising agencies and networks or third party data aggregators have placed you, based upon your previous online behavior using all of your devices. Capitalized terms in this Interest-Based Advertising and Analytics are defined in the Definitions section of this Interest-Based Advertising and Analytics.
