east of I-85 and Central Georgia) to individuals who are military veterans or who are currently employed as military personnel, law enforcement personnel,
firefighters, nurses and teachers. Program offers up to $2,000 in closing costs (available with the use of any lender). Program incentives, when combined with
any other incentives being offered by seller, may not exceed loan program limitations. Not redeemable for cash. Any unused incentive will be forfeited. Limit of
one Main Street StarsSM incentive per home purchase. Effective January 1, 2025. Buyer must contract by 12/31/2025 and close by 12/31/2026 to receive
the incentive and present proof they are a military veteran or proof of employment (such as a pay stub or military ID card-active duty or retired) at time
