Here's how you qualify:
- Have at least one transaction closed with D.R. Horton Memphis Division within the previous 12 months.*

Horton (Memphis Division) home during the 12 months period immediately preceding the new contract date. Up to 3% commission and up to $2,000 agent bonus (if an eligible Elite agent) are only available for homes at Memphis Division D.R. Horton communities on contracts that are executed during 01/01/2025 through 12/01/2025 and close no later than 12/31/2025. Commissions are earned and paid at closing. Total commission paid is subject to limitations, if any, on total broker commission imposed by homebuyer's lender. To be able to earn a commission, real estate agent must be the procuring cause of the sale, real estate agent must accompany client on their first visit to the D.R. Horton sales office, and client must not have previously registered on the D.R. Horton website or called the D.R. Horton Buyer Resource Center. Real estate agent must hold a valid Tennessee, Mississippi, (and/or) Arkansas real estate license as of the date of the buyer's registration with D.R. Horton and as of buyer close of escrow. D.R.
