Directions

Head east on AZ-202 Chandler loop to exit 34A for the AZ-24 E. Continue on AZ-24 E for approximately 5 miles. You will exit right for Ironwood Rd and head south for approximately 1.4 miles until you reach Germann Rd. Make a right on Germann. At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay E on Germann Rd that will eventually turn into N Schnepf Rd. Continue south on Schnepf Rd until you reach Skyline Dr. Head east on Skyline Dr. and make a left on Sierra Vista Dr. Take Sierra Vista drive around to Rolling Ridge Rd and model homes will be located on the left-hand side.
