Military, law enforcement, firefighters, healthcare professionals, and educators can receive up to $1,000 toward closing costs or up to $1,000 toward design options for a new home purchase in one of our Dallas North or Dallas South (east of I-35) communities.

To receive the Government interest rate, borrower is REQUIRED to pay a 2.500% Discount Point and to receive the Conventional interest rate, borrower is REQUIRED to pay a 1.875% Discount Point.

Discount points may be paid with seller financing incentive offered to the borrower, which will be represented on the Closing Disclosure as a seller’s cost. Maximum contribution limits will apply.

On certain D.R. Horton homes that contract on or after 01/07/25 in Arbor Trails, Enclave At Pecan Creek, Millstone, Ranger Crossing, Chalk Hill, Creekside Ranch, Frontier Pointe, Lee Heights, Silverado, Sutton Fields, The Grove, Three Oaks, Villages of Hurricane Creek, Winchester Crossing, & Windrose, Yarbrough Farms and Bel Air Village and close on or before 03/31/25.
