client on or before their first visit to a D.R. Horton community in one of three ways:
1. You personally accompany a new customer to one of our communities on their first visit, and you register them
as your client.
2. You contact the sales office for the community prior to the customer’s first visit, and you register the customer
as your client (and the customer agrees you are representing them).
3. Your client registers you as their agent during their first visit to the community
