Directions

When driving South bound or northbound exit at Hwy 287 (Florence Blvd.) and head West bound. When you reach Peart & Florence Blvd turn left. Once you reach Doan St. and S. Peart Rd You have reached the North side of the community. To enter the community continue down S. Peart Rd about a half of a block, turn left on to E Squire Dr. and follow the attention flags to arrive at our models. *Please note models are still under construction and the sales office will not be open until mid 2023.
