About this floor plan

The Davis is a thoughtfully designed two-story home offering 1,470 square feet of functional living space with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. With an open-concept first floor and all bedrooms located upstairs, this floor plan provides the perfect balance of entertaining space and private retreats.

As you enter through the elegant 4-lite front door with designer brushed nickel hardware, you're welcomed into a spacious foyer that leads into the heart of the home. Conveniently located near the entry is a powder room, ideal for guests.

The main level features an inviting open-concept kitchen, dining room, and family room that flow seamlessly together, creating the perfect setting for gatherings, game nights, or relaxing evenings at home. Large windows bring natural light into the living spaces, enhancing the home's bright and airy feel.

The kitchen is designed with both style and functionality in mind, featuring 42-inch quality cabinets with hidden hinges and crown molding (white, pending availability), 2 cm quartz countertops with a coordinating 4-inch quartz backsplash, a quality chrome faucet with spray nozzle, stainless steel single-basin sink, garbage disposal, and a full suite of Frigidaire® stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, and space-saver microwave. A spacious pantry provides convenient storage for groceries and kitchen essentials.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms, creating a dedicated private living area away from the main entertaining spaces. The spacious primary suite serves as a peaceful retreat and features a private en-suite bathroom with dual functionality and a generous walk-in closet. Bedrooms two and three are thoughtfully positioned nearby and share a full secondary bathroom complete with a vanity sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination. The second-floor layout also includes a conveniently located laundry room, making household chores simple and accessible without carrying laundry between floors.

The Davis comes equipped with the Home is Connected® Smart Home Package, featuring a front video doorbell, smart door lock, Qolsys IQ4 Panel, smart light switch, and smart thermostat, allowing homeowners to enjoy enhanced security, convenience, and control from anywhere.

With its private upstairs bedrooms, spacious open-concept main living area, modern finishes, and included smart-home technology, the Davis delivers everything today's homeowners are looking for in a stylish and efficient two-story design.
