About this floor plan

The Franklin is a spacious and versatile two-story home offering 1,892 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. With 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage, this floor plan provides the room and flexibility growing families need without sacrificing style or functionality. As you enter through the elegant 4-lite front door with designer brushed nickel hardware, you're welcomed into a foyer that opens to the heart of the home. Conveniently located near the entry is a powder room, perfect for guests and everyday use.

The first floor features an expansive open-concept layout where the family room, dining area, and kitchen blend seamlessly together to create a bright and inviting living space. Whether you're hosting holiday gatherings, enjoying family dinners, or relaxing after a long day, this spacious design makes it easy to stay connected.

The kitchen is loaded with sought-after features, including 42-inch quality cabinets with hidden hinges and crown molding (white, pending availability), 2 cm quartz countertops with a matching 4-inch quartz backsplash, a chrome faucet with spray nozzle, stainless steel single-basin sink, garbage disposal, and a complete package of Frigidaire® stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, and space-saver microwave. A generous pantry provides convenient storage for groceries and kitchen essentials, while the central island offers additional workspace and seating opportunities.

Upstairs, the Franklin truly shines with five spacious bedrooms thoughtfully arranged around a central landing. The private primary suite serves as a relaxing retreat and features a large bedroom, a private en-suite bathroom, and an oversized walk-in closet.

Four additional bedrooms provide ample space for children, guests, a home office, hobby room, or fitness area. A centrally located full bathroom with a vanity sink, toilet, and tub/shower combination comfortably serves the secondary bedrooms.

The second-floor laundry room adds everyday convenience by keeping laundry close to all bedrooms, while additional storage areas and attic access help maximize organization throughout the home.

The Franklin also comes standard with the Home is Connected® Smart Home Package, featuring a front video doorbell, smart door lock, Qolsys IQ4 Panel, smart light switch, and smart thermostat, allowing homeowners to enjoy enhanced security, convenience, and connectivity from anywhere.

With five bedrooms, expansive open-concept living areas, modern finishes, and built-in smart-home technology, the Franklin delivers exceptional space and value for families looking for a home designed to grow with them for years to come.
