Horton Oregon community.
*The Main Street StarsSM program (“Program”) is available at all D.R. Horton Oregon communities to individuals who are military veterans or who are currently employed as military personnel, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, healthcare professionals, educators, and all Oregon licensed construction contractors. Program offers up to $4,000 in closing costs (available with use of any lender) (“Program Incentive”). Program Incentive, when combined with any other incentives being offered by seller, may not exceed loan program limitations. Program Incentive cannot be combined with D.R. Horton’s Vendor Reward Program. Not redeemable for cash. Any unused Program Incentive will be forfeited. Limit of one Program Incentive per home purchase.
