From the late 1800s, Fate had a population of 100 and 15 businesses including two cotton gins. Now, the town with over 18,000 residents still pays homage to those who laid the foundation of this charming town. The downtown area is being revitalized and businesses are beginning to build along the I-30 Corridor. But with all the new developments in the city, the Fate community continues to be filled with hardworking individuals that are resilient, influential, and tightly knit together.
Fate is serviced by the legendary Rockwall ISD along with Royse City ISD.
