seller, may not exceed loan program limitations. Use of incentives may be
limited by loan program restrictions and may result in adjustments to sales
price or appraised value, which will affect maximum allowable loan amount. The
closing cost incentive will show as a lump sum of contribution on the Closing
Disclosure. Must present this flyer at contract execution. Offers valid on new
contracts only, and does not apply to transfers, cancellations, or re-writes.
