Event incentive offers valid on select D.R. Horton homes located in San Marcos
division, that contract between 04/10/2026 and 05/03/2026, and close by
06/01/2026. All incentives available on a first come, first served basis. If buyer fails to timely close for any reason other than seller’s
default, buyer shall pay the price of the home as advertised immediately prior
to this price reduction. *At
closing, buyer will receive three of the following four incentive items (at
Buyer’s discretion) as a *Pick 3 Appliance Package with the use of any lender:

to exceed $2,000 retail value, subject to D.R. Horton’s sole discretion &
does not include dormer, skylights, transom or round windows; unused value will
be forfeited & is non-transferable); or (iv) garage door opener (not to
