Columbia County Performing Arts Center. This 85,000 square foot facility boasts 2,100 seats and serves as the anchor of The Plaza development in Evans, Georgia. It was envisioned as a place to enjoy Broadway shows, concerts, comedians, family-friendly entertainment, and locally based arts organizations without having to travel.
Evans Towne Center Park. With a paved track, Bicycle Rentals, splash pad and playground for kids and a dog park, there's plenty for the family to enjoy.
Blanchard Woods Park. Includes four regulation soccer fields plus a stadium field noted as one of the premiere soccer fields in the state. The beautiful Blanchard Woods Cross Country Course is mostly wooded alongside a picturesque creek and serves as the home track for Augusta University's cross-country team. Other amenities include Biking (BMX), Picnic Pavilion Rentals, Restrooms, Skatepark, Soccer and Walking/Jogging Trails.
Lakeside Park. The park is composed of 5 multipurpose fields with 6 lighted tennis courts that can also be utilized for pickle ball. It also features a ½ mile walking track on the perimeter, plus there are covered pavilions, a playground and picnic tables.
Jabez Sanford Hardin Performing Arts Center. The area’s optimum space for intimate artistic entertainment from local dance recitals and symphonies, to nationally known acts and author signings. The Hardin Auditorium comfortably seats 294 patrons.
Riverwalk Augusta. This city park is situated along the Savannah River in downtown Augusta and features a brick lined walkway providing a magnificent view. Explore the Japanese Gardens and Heroes' Overlook memorial. Riverwalk also hosts events such as weekend markets and the Candlelight Jazz Series. Plus, the Jessye Norman Amphitheater, an 1,800 seat venue, is located at the end of the 9th Street Plaza.
