Horton Austin Division communities to individuals who are military veterans or who are currently employed as military personnel, law enforcement personnel, firefighters, healthcare professionals, educators, airline, transportation or industrial employees. To receive the incentive, buyer must contract between 01/26/2026 and 04/30/2026, and close by 05/31/2026. Offer valid only for new, full price contracts and does not apply to transfers, cancellations or re-writes. Buyer cannot have previously registered with D.R. Horton.
